You will leave with leads, forecasts, and point of contacts to implement the framework you create in class. You will also learn how to put research into usable data and create business development templates to grow your government business. Learn how to develop your government strategy and market research skills to take your company to the next level.

2) Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
3) Indentify target agencies for your company.
4) Create a marketing and sales plan.
5) Gather forecasts and point of contracts to build relationships.
6) Develop Hands-on Tools and Techniques to Improve Business Growth Success within 30 days. (customer contract forms, strategy templates, forecasts, etc.)
